RETURN POLICY

RETURNS 


Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery.  All returned items are inspected before an Exchange or Store Credit can be processed so please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition; to include being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.     

Returns are completed with either an exchange, or store credit for an additional purchase. 

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.  If the requested item is no longer available at the time of return processing, a credit will be issued. 

Shipping and Handling Fee
The $8.00 fee will be applied to returns.  

Return Processing Time Frame: 5-7 business days once the return package is received.

REFUNDS 

Order cancelations - To cancel an order recently completed, please immediately contact customer service at 213-269-8954 or service@5dimperial.com.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request.  However, keep in mind our system is operated to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  Since these orders are most likely to ship out the same day as an order is placed, we cannot.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 


Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.   We will do our best to get your package delivered, but we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
